Requirement Analysis

The client fills up “Inquiry Form” with their requirements and it reaches to our sales team, our sales team goes through the inquiry form thoroughly and gets in touch through email or tele communication to discuss about their project in detail. We analyse the requirements of the client and filter out areas which are outsourceable, and proceed to the next step.

Project Plan

We prepare a project plan for the client on the basis of information shared, which include the services which we are going to provide in the specified areas.

Pricing

After receiving the acceptance from the client regarding the work to be outsourced, we prepare a proposal and send for approval mentioning the service level agreements (SLA )as well.

Project Commencement

We identify the best suitable professionals from our team to initiate the project and they undergo mandatory training for the work to be assigned, we also ensure that the work is being executed as per the SLA above.

Project reporting & support

The project manager is assigned to each project to monitor and the said manager is going to keep in touch with the client through email or tele communication for day to day project tracking and feedback.

Our pricing is very competitive and based on the expertise and effort of our team. The fees are primarily determined by the transaction volumes, duration and the complexity involved in the project.
