We prepare a project plan for the client on the basis of information shared, which include the services which we are going to provide in the specified areas.
After receiving the acceptance from the client regarding the work to be outsourced, we prepare a proposal and send for approval mentioning the service level agreements (SLA )as well.
We identify the best suitable professionals from our team to initiate the project and they undergo mandatory training for the work to be assigned, we also ensure that the work is being executed as per the SLA above.
The project manager is assigned to each project to monitor and the said manager is going to keep in touch with the client through email or tele communication for day to day project tracking and feedback.
